History: 
   Born in the summer months, Pamela life was already chosen for her. Her parents were very strict with how they raised her and her three other siblings, rarely letting a mistake go unpunished. From a young age Pamela was a bit of a goody goody and not many of the other kids wanted to play with her since she never let them do anything risky. Being raised almost under constant supervision, Pamela was a straight A student who let her parents make decisions for her. That is, up until high school. During her sophomore year Pamela mellowed out and focused more on her grades while trying not to get in anybodies way. Her soft features and general good girl attitude made her the target of one punk kid who always got in trouble. She didn't appreciate his advances at first, but eventually befriended him. They got along about as well as water and fire but their relationship was passionate. Pamela began rebelling a bit much to her parents annoyance. When they tried to regain control of their oldest daughter, Pamela made a decision that would change her life drastically. She slept with her boyfriend and about two weeks later the teenage couple found out that they were pregnant. Her boyfriend wasn't a nice guy even before hand but his behavior got worse. Her parents eventually found out and Pamela's mother tried to make her go through with an abortion. Not wanting to lose the little life inside of her she fought back. After that, her parents disowned her. Pamela thought about going to her boyfriend's home but ultimately decided against it for the safety of her child. Wandering from homeless shelter to homeless shelter, the Togetic soon found a pamphlet on the ground advertising a prestegious academy that would accept anyone as long as they passed a test. Being rather smart, Pamela made her way over to the sleepy little town of Altaria Bay and applied for a place in St. Vaporihanna Academy. Passing with flying colors, she finally had a home. Soon after arriving, her child was finally hatched into the world. 
    At the moment, Pamela is currently attending high school while working two job in order to support her little Togepi son Louie. He is everything she could have ever wanted and even though she lost a lot along the way, Pamela is happy. 

Personality: 

(+) Responsible - "I'm sorry but I can't go out tonight. I have my shift at the diner and I need to go find someone to babysit Louie." Pamela has always been a responsible girl but her need to take charge spawned when Louie hatched. She knows what she has to do to take care of herself and her baby and rarely lets herself get tempted with anything. However, most mothers she will put her child before herself everytime and ignore her own needs. 

(O) Gentle - "Aw, Louie did you make a mess? Oh! You got sauce all over yourself little star, c'mon baby lets go get you cleaned up." Soft voice paired with an angel like appearance makes this Togetic an easy to approach little miss. Pamela is very gentle with everyone, not just her son. If there is something wrong then Pamela is probably going to ask what she can do to make you feel better. Her gentleness also makes her easy to take advantage of. 

(-) Paranoid - "What if I can't make enough money to take care of him? What if he gets sick and I don't have the money to pay for a doctor?" Although Pamela seems like she is always smiling and optimistic, that is further from the truth then you think. She is absolutely depressed and completely paranoid that she won't be able to take care of her son. Whenever she gets a single moment to herself is when she will start letting all sorts of negative thoughts take over.

(+) Happy- "Tokki!" Chances are high that Louie is the happiest little baby you will ever meet. He rarely cries and loves to be around everyone. This little boy always has a smile plastered on his face and is easy to make laugh.

Trivia: 
- Pamela's blue and red markings are dull and faded when compared to a normal Togetic, mostly due to having depression.
- Louie's Present attack always gives whoever he uses it against Hp, it has never hurt anyone.
- Both Pamela and Louie have a slight variation to their coats which gives them little speckles. 
- Since Pamela works two jobs and attends high school, she will get teens she trusts to babysit Louie. 
- She gets an entire dorm room to herself since the school wanted her to have space to take care of Louie.
